In July 2020 «Make Rave, not Hate» stays Drum'n'Bass featuring nice open music DnB tunes found at ccMixter. DJ Robb mixed the set live on air after a four month “home studio” time.

This Make Rave, not Hate is under the motto Make Drum'n'Bass featuring some plain old tracks from the former netlabel iD.EOLOGY. Our DJ Robb re-discovered some nice tunes that he never has heard of so far, although some of them are already around 15 years old – but still drumming and bassing.

As preparation for a wavelike special in the community radio «Freies Radio Kassel» and to say farewell to the former netlabel «wavelike», the frei² and FRee-K Sounds DJ Robb mixed another set called «Breaking Waves». With this we are near to end the wavelike retrospective.

«Make Rave, not Hate» freshens up the the winter with recent House and Techno music by the netlabels «Toucan Music» and «Zimmer Records». “Zimmer” is the German term for “room”, so we obviously have a “Toucan in the room” that makes some noise. Our DJ Robb collected its sound in a very energizing dj-set.

The swiss netaudio platform »Starfrosch« is now 18 years old – so it's “grown up” and eligble to dance all night in the club. »Make Rave, not Hate« invites to a birthday party on air. Luckily there is enough for everyone on the buffet – and the buffet is “for free” if you credit the cooks (read: all music in this set is CC by licensed).

The 9th Bassnachtmixsession took place at the Mannheim based community radio bermuda.funk at the early morning of December 14th, 2019. The FRee-K Sounds and frei² DJ Robb contributed to the radio show with three House and Techno as well with one Drum&Bass set. As DJ Robb is also hosting the frei² radioshow – free and open music – all four dj sets are strictly Creative Commons licensed and thus made available for listening here.
