Das schöne am neuen Sendehaus des Freien Radios Kassel (FRK) sind die vielen Balkone. Von einem dieser Balkone ist ein direkter Blick auf das alte Sendehaus in der Salzmann-Fabrik möglich. Somit sind alle Entwicklungen am Äußeren des historischen Gebäudes weiterhin im Blick des FRK. FRee-K Sounds dokumentiert diesen „Countdown“ alle zwei Wochen mit einem neuen Foto vom Balkon.

As predicted two weeks ago, the "new Clubnight gap on air" would be filled by community radios. The Freies Radio Kassel show frei² mixed a two hours tribute to the Clubnight: one hour of commercial music and one of Creative Commons music.

The german radiostation YouFM, formerly known as hr XXL, announced discontinueing the famous Clubnight after the "Hessentag" on the upcoming weekend. "Our" radioshow frei² points to the petition #saveclubnight – and points out, that the new gap on air would be filled by community radios.

DJ Robb mixxxed a technoid DJ set for Freies Radio Kassel show on April, 15th – a time travel from the early 80ies Detroit Techno to nowadays Progressive House.
